Warranty Terms

1 Year Manufacturers Warranty 

All backpacks purchased from Spriggs are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. 

This includes :

Faulty stitching, hardware malfunctions (zips, buckles, fastenings), material defects not caused by external damage.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace it with the same model or comparable alternative or provide a full refund if preferred, (including the shipping cost)

Exclusions

      The warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear
Accidental damage including rips
Stains or abrasions
Damage caused by improper use, such as overloading or inadequate care
Any modifications made to the product such as personalisation
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function

Submitting a Warranty Claim

Please email hello@spriggsapparel.com with proof of purchase, clear photos or video showing the issue and a brief explanation of the problem.
