Returns/ Exchange & Refund Policy
At Spriggs we want you to love your backpack. if something isnt quite right, we're here to help.
30- Day Return Window
You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused and in its original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must be included and attached.
How to start a return
Please contact us at Hello@spriggsapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged or Faulty Items- We will provide a shipping label on request.
Unwanted Items / Change of mind - Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once refund is finalised.
Shipping costs are non refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.
Non- Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use.
